1.  If you want to have an event, you must contact us directly.

2.  Parties and gatherings must be pre-approved.

3.  Guests and visitors should comply with the parking regulations and requirements and must show consideration to other vehicles in the neighborhood.

4.  No unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed unless arrangements have been made.

5.  The maximum property sleeping capacity is 14 people.

6.  A $20 charge will be added for every extra guest.

7.  Please be considerate of our neighbors. Quiet time is from 11 p.m.  till 8 a.m. Please refrain from making noise during that time.

8.  Our home is not suitable for children under the age of 2. The home is not baby or child-proof. Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

9.  Pets are not permitted in the house.

10. Close the windows and lock the doors when leaving the premises.

11. Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

12. Please report any damages, breakages, or malfunctioning equipment immediately so that we can repair or replace them.

13. Please refrain from moving furniture from one room to another to avoid any damages or breakages.

14. Turn off any electronics when you leave the house.
